The Best Time to Start Getting in Better Shape

When is the best time to start?  

Now!!  If you want the maximum quality of life moving forward, then the time is now. Whatever your age is.  40, 50, 60, 70, 80,  and so on. Regardless of your age, the best time is now.  If you are thinking it’s too late or the damage is done, remember the alternative if you don’t do anything.  You will keep sliding backwards with your health and quality of life.  Get the most out of life moving forward. You can’t change the past, but you can change the future.  

 

Most people don’t feel great once they hit their older years.  So they choose not to exercise or do anything to improve the way they feel.  They feel it is just too difficult. But, if you do nothing, your health and wellness will decline.  It is usually a subtle decline that you don’t notice while it’s happening.  That is why your mind lets you get away with it. You don’t feel the digression while it’s happening.  You don’t feel it in the moment, so your mind tells you it’s the safest way out.  Then over time you feel worse, you have less energy and you have more health problems.  You start managing symptoms, treating problems, and so on as your quality of life decreases.  There is hope though!  You can reverse the trend.  But it takes a reversal of your thinking.  You have to go against your human nature, which is reactive rather than proactive.  You have to change your default settings.  Although it feels like it, if you do nothing, you don’t stay the same, you go backwards.  With the right approach you can change everything and be on the road to improvement.  

Are you sick and tired of being sick and tired?  It’s time you take control of your health and the way you feel.  You have probably been living life being led by your symptoms. You wake up and what you do is determined by how you feel.  You let your health symptoms determine what you can do.  It's time for you to take control.  FOR YOU TO LEAD!
    
At any age, if you do nothing proactive for your health and fitness, you will go backwards.  It’s just the way God designed us.  But as we age, the rate of decline happens even more.  So we actually are battling two things here, sedentary lifestyle and the aging process.  So unless you are ok with going backwards and feeling worse and having a worse quality of life, then you need to be proactive and fight to get the most out of life.  Again though, it’s easier than you think and there is no one reading this that cannot make improvements.
