Who can participate?

What is the schedule like?
Workout when you want and Where you want. Simply open your downloaded guide, then click on the day’s workout and follow along the prescribed exercises. Workouts will be scheduled for 6 days per week with one off day to rest and recover. The workouts can be completed in as little as 30 minutes and come with video demonstrations showing you exactly what to do!
Will I get results?

What about diet?

What if I have to miss some days?
