Jason Cerniglia is a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Sports Nutritionist, and a 30-year veteran of the fitness industry. Since beginning his career in the late 1990s, Jason has dedicated his life to helping real people achieve sustainable fitness through simple, user-friendly methods that actually work in everyday life.
A Lifelong Career Helping People Get Results
In 2000, Jason launched his first personal training business, JC Personal Training, and in 2007 he opened Hoover Fitness, a full-service fitness center where he served as owner, operator, and head trainer for 17 years. During this time, Jason coached thousands of clients, guiding them toward better health, stronger bodies, and improved confidence through practical, sustainable programs.

Jason is also the founder of Strength Through Faith, a Christian service organization, and is a devout follower of Jesus Christ. His work, both in fitness and ministry, is rooted in helping people become stronger in body, mind, and spirit.
Personal Background
Born and raised in Hoover, Alabama, Jason attended W.A. Berry High School and graduated from Auburn University. He is married to his wife, Angie, and they have been blessed with four children: Palmer, Peyton, Parson, and Presley.
