Why the Majority of People Fail to Get Results

It’s a new year, and millions of people have started it by going on a diet. Which is probably the reason why they will not succeed in getting in better shape.  

Wait what??

Let me explain a little... 

You see, people want to get in better shape, so what do they do? They go on a diet.  And do nothing different to their exercise.   If they don’t already exercise, they don’t start.  If they do exercise, then they don’t do anything different with their exercise.  They try to get results by going on some diet that limits what they can eat and prevents them from eating anything they really like.  And what does this produce?  Most of the time failure.  Then when you fail at the diet, you are back where you started.  

So what’s the answer?  

The answer is to improve your exercise.  Work harder.  Be more consistent.  Do cardio in addition to your weight training.  Make it a lifestyle.  Try not to miss your workouts, and when you do, don’t let it turn into missing a month or months. By putting the emphasis on your exercise, you take the pressure off the diet.  And since most diets end in failure, you set yourself up for success.  

Get your exercise consistent and then, and only then, work on improving your diet and budgeting your calories and you will not only succeed, you will be much happier in the process!
